We offer worldwide shipping to any country. Whenever possible we use a local logistics service to keep delivery costs as low as possible. ​All items that you purchase from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow extra days for local holidays, national holidays, weekends and sale time. RefeKids reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance.

**Offers and promotions are available on selected styles only. All Sale/Marked Down items are subject to availability. During busy periods, we may restrict the number of items you can add to your shopping bag. When this happens, you will have the opportunity to remove items and complete your order.

If you’re not happy with your item, please get in touch with us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund. To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item.

Overall a package shouldn’t take more than 15-35 business days to arrive and typical shipping times are 15-30 days. Specific countries may experience longer delivery periods due to delays at customs and an additional period may have to be allowed. Unfortunately this added period is out of our control and due to domestic customs.

Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect or your address is changed within the estimated delivery time we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavour to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accomodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and RefeKids will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.

If you have spoken with a member of our support team and a return is applicable on the item you have purchased, all items must be sent to our return address in their original unused condition. If an item has been received damaged you must inform us prior to returning your items as it is the customers responsibility to ensure all items are returned in a working and resalable condition. Included in your return you must state your name and order ID. If your return is received in a used condition we reserve the right to reject your return and offer an option to re-send your items to you whilst a postage charge will be applicable.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations with respect to shipping internationally. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. We will process payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.Despite our best efforts, items in our catalog may be mispriced.
